If the Live Support icon on the left shows "ON
LINE," there is a
technician available for live, one-on-one chat to assist you. Simply click
the icon. In the popup window, enter your first name and click "Request
Chat." You will then be
connected to a technician.
If the Live Support icon shows "OFF LINE," clicking it will allow
you to start a trouble ticket. Just fill out the form and submit it. A
technician will get back to you via email.
