During the beta test of The PC Help Network, all help will be free. We do ask, that IF we are able to assist you and you are pleased with the results, you make a donation by clicking the "Donate" button on the left.

If the Live Support icon on the left shows "ON LINE," there is a technician available for live, one-on-one chat to assist you. Simply click the icon. In the popup window, enter your name and email address and click "Chat." You will then be connected to a technician.

If the Live Support icon shows "OFF LINE," clicking it will bring you to this page, where you can open a trouble ticket by clicking the link below. You will need to register if you don't have an account. Then just fill out the form and submit it. Your ticket will be assigned to a technician, and will remain open until the technician responds. Once he responds, the ticket will be closed, but remains in the closed list for 30 days. If you are still having problems, just amend the closed ticket and it will be reopened.
